It started with the enshrinement of Fud\u014d-My\u014d-\u014d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\" author-d-iz88z86z86za0dz67zz78zz78zz74zz68zjz80zz71z9iz90z9z84zmy8z68zz90zrhwi2z71zz84zz90zsro2whz81zz88zz69z4z90zljz80zxz77z\">Afterwards, during the night of August 4, 1335, the edifice in the middle of the mountains was destroyed by a storm. Gikai Sh\u014dnin I, chief priest of that time, moved it in 1342 and built the current Fud\u014d-d\u014d Hall, which is an ancient cultural property, a rare sight in the Kantou region.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\" author-d-iz88z86z86za0dz67zz78zz78zz74zz68zjz80zz71z9iz90z9z84zmy8z68zz90zrhwi2z71zz84zz90zsro2whz81zz88zz69z4z90zljz80zxz77z\">Then, the next structure to be constructed was the Ni\u014dmon Gate, another designed Important Cultural Property.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\" author-d-iz88z86z86za0dz67zz78zz78zz74zz68zjz80zz71z9iz90z9z84zmy8z68zz90zrhwi2z71zz84zz90zsro2whz81zz88zz69z4z90zljz80zxz77z\">During the Ashikaga period<\/span> <span class=\" author-d-iz88z86z86za0dz67zz78zz78zz74zz68zjz80zz71z9iz90z9z84zmy8z68zz90zrhwi2z71zz84zz90zsro2whz81zz88zz69z4z90zljz80zxz77z h-lparen\">(1333-1573<\/span><span class=\" author-d-iz88z86z86za0dz67zz78zz78zz74zz68zjz80zz71z9iz90z9z84zmy8z68zz90zrhwi2z71zz84zz90zsro2whz81zz88zz69z4z90zljz80zxz77z\"> CE), Takahata-Fudoson was called the<\/span> <span class=\" author-d-iz88z86z86za0dz67zz78zz78zz74zz68zjz80zz71z9iz90z9z84zmy8z68zz90zrhwi2z71zz84zz90zsro2whz81zz88zz69z4z90zljz80zxz77z h-ldquo\">\u201cAsekaki<\/span><span class=\" author-d-iz88z86z86za0dz67zz78zz78zz74zz68zjz80zz71z9iz90z9z84zmy8z68zz90zrhwi2z71zz84zz90zsro2whz81zz88zz69z4z90zljz80zxz77z\"> Fud\u014d<\/span> <span class=\" author-d-iz88z86z86za0dz67zz78zz78zz74zz68zjz80zz71z9iz90z9z84zmy8z68zz90zrhwi2z71zz84zz90zsro2whz81zz88zz69z4z90zljz80zxz77z h-lparen\">(Sweating<\/span><span class=\" author-d-iz88z86z86za0dz67zz78zz78zz74zz68zjz80zz71z9iz90z9z84zmy8z68zz90zrhwi2z71zz84zz90zsro2whz81zz88zz69z4z90zljz80zxz77z\"> Fud\u014d)\u201d, and gained the respect of the Kamakura Shogunate and Sengoku military commanders. During the Edo period, it was counted as the Kantou region\u2019s eleventh Danrin temple, and gathered the faith of the masses as the Fudoson of fire protection.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\" author-d-iz88z86z86za0dz67zz78zz78zz74zz68zjz80zz71z9iz90z9z84zmy8z68zz90zrhwi2z71zz84zz90zsro2whz81zz88zz69z4z90zljz80zxz77z\">At that time, it counted thirty six structures and was one of the biggest temple of the Kantou region.
